Dr. Simon Chan will discuss Global Christianity on Charlotte Campus

Simon Chan (Ph.D., Cambridge), an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God and Earnest Lau Professor of Systematic Theology at Trinity Theological College in Singapore, will be speaking at Gordon-Conwell Charlotte on June 10, 2010.

Dr. Chan will be speaking from 8:30am to 3:00pm about several topics regarding Global Christianity. The fee for this seminar will be $25.00, which includes lunch. The schedule of the day and brief overview of his topics are below.

His academic and pastoral interest has been in the relationship of theology, spirituality and the liturgy. Dr. Chan's publications include Spiritual Theology: A Systematic Study of the Christian Life and Liturgical Theology: The Church as Worshipping Community. He is currently a consulting editor of the Dictionary of Christian Spirituality (Zondervan).
